Why do I need to update my information?
Information changes quickly! Mailing addresses, email addresses, children...things are always changing with our alumnae and we want to keep in touch with you. Updating your information will ensure Alpha Xi Delta can keep you connected.
What are my options for purchasing a 2010 Alpha Xi Delta Membership Directory from PCI?
There are several options:
Basic Package
Printed Directory or CD Directory: $89.95 + $9.95 shipping & handling
Value Package
Printed Directory, CD Directory and companion airline ticket: $129.95 + $15.95 shipping & handling
Pride Package
Printed Directory, CD Directory and an Alpha Xi Delta travel coffee mug, ballpoint pen, professional pad folio and key chain: $179.95 + $19.95 shipping & handling
Chapter Package
CD Directory for chapter only: $49.95 + $9.95 shipping & handling
NOTE: Texas residents will have to pay tax on their purchase.
Why is Alpha Xi Delta using an outside contractor to complete this project?
With a small staff, Alpha Xi Delta needs to use a professional company to ensure that the Directory is complete, accurate, and completed on time.
When will the 2010 Membership Directory be complete?
The Directory will be completed and printed in May 2011. Only the number of Directories that have been requested by members will be printed to be cost effective and environmentally friendly.
Is there an environmentally friendly version of the Membership Directory?
Yes, members may purchase a CD-ROM of the Directory.

Who is PCI?
PCI is a company that creates and publishes alumni directories for educational institutions. PCI's products help colleges and universities update alumni information for the purpose of encouraging alumni engagement.
How long has PCI been in business?
PCI traces their roots back over 85 years to the Rockwell F. Clancy Company, the nation's first publisher of alumni directories. PCI has been incorporated under the PCI (Publishing Concepts) name since 1982 and are a privately-held, family-run business.
On what market(s) is PCI focused?
PCI works with alumni and development offices of universities, colleges, professional schools, independent schools, alumni associations, fraternities, and sororities.
